Our Senior Center works with, literally, thousands of seniors annually. In the three years that I have worked at Chester County Department of Aging Services, Yvet Opperman has been a wonderful support to our consumers who need Guardian Services. She understands the vulnerability of older adults at risk and the gravity of guardianship to consumers. She assisted me with my health care coordination and made it convenient for me to see the Dr. Since I am without transportation. I credit my recovery to Yvet and the superb Medical Professionals.

When our mother needed more daily care than we, living long distances from Philadelphia, could give, we knew we needed a care manager. We had no idea how to find that service, and it was just luck that we landed with Senior Care and with the truly amazing Naomi Benditt. She worked hard to establish a solid relationship with our mother, helped us navigate the expected and the unexpected obstacles, and offered emotional support to all of us. She was available to answer any questions, intervened skillfully when there were logistical or interpersonal issues, and acted as liaison with many community agencies.
